Additions:
Download SETUP.EXE from Cygwin X from http://x.cygwin.com/
Run SETUP.EXE and click / choose on the word 'default' to change it to 'install' for each of the components you require !
e.g.
base + install
net + install
X11 + install
(Its a bit complicated buit you can re-run setup at any time)
==Option==
Edit C:\cygwin\usr\X11R6\bin\startxwin.bat and comment out xterm line
==Start X==
Run C:\cygwin\usr\X11R6\bin\startxwin.bat and add it to your StartUp group if you like !
==Start X Term==
Double click on the X Term shortcut
Deletions:
Download and Install from Cygwin X from http://x.cygwin.com/
Run setup.exe and click / choose X components you desire ! (Its a bit complicated)

==Configure==
Edit startxwin.bat and comment out xterm line
==Startup==
Run startxwin.bat and then add it to your StartUp group if you like !
==Start an X app==
Double click on the X Term icon
